1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on PW99, accessing the website at pw99.vu, or using any part of the platform including its mobile application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines.

These terms apply to all activities carried out on the platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, placing bets or wagers, participating in promotions, and withdrawing funds.

PW99 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players of material changes.

2 Eligibility

To register and use a PW99 account, you must meet all of the following conditions:

3 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one account with PW99. The creation of multiple accounts by the same person, whether under the same or different identity details, is strictly prohibited and will result in all related accounts being suspended.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. You must not use false information or impersonate any other person.

PW99 may carry out identity verification (KYC) procedures at registration or at any point during your use of the platform. You agree to cooperate with these processes and provide any documents reasonably requested, such as a valid government-issued ID.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Your username and password must not be shared with any other person. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify us immediately through the contact details provided on the platform.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on PW99 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). Deposits are processed using supported local payment methods including GCash, Maya, and Philippine online banking or bank transfer. Deposits are generally credited to your account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. PW99 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or your bank.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. You may be required to complete identity verification before a withdrawal is approved. PW99 aims to process withdrawal requests in a timely manner, but processing times may vary depending on the payment channel selected.

• Only funds deposited from accounts or wallets registered in your own name will be accepted.
• Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit or withdrawal methods on PW99.
• Any deposit found to originate from a fraudulent or unauthorised source will be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on PW99 are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring that bet selections, stake amounts, and any applicable settings are correct before confirming a bet.

Game outcomes on PW99 are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) supplied by the respective game studios. PW99 does not alter or influence game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) figures for slot titles are published by the originating studios and available within individual game information panels.

In the event of a technical fault during a game session – such as a disconnection or a platform error – bets that were not completed may be voided at PW99's discretion and any affected stakes returned to the player's account balance. This policy applies to slots, live casino games, and sports betting markets equally.

Sports betting markets are subject to the rules of the relevant governing body for the sport concerned. Bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled or abandoned will be handled according to the applicable sport-specific rules, which are available within the sports betting section of the platform.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

7 Player Conduct

Players are expected to use the PW99 platform in good faith and in accordance with these terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using software, scripts, bots, or automated tools to interact with the platform in any way.
• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage through collusion with other players or with any member of the PW99 team.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or the use of stolen payment credentials.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or interfere with the platform's technical infrastructure.
• Using abusive, threatening, or offensive language toward support staff or other users of the platform.
• Placing bets with the intent of exploiting an error or technical fault rather than reporting it.

PW99 monitors player activity for patterns consistent with the above prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, PW99 may void affected bets, suspend or close the account, and withhold any balance pending investigation.

8 Privacy and Data

PW99 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in that policy.

Your data is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and, where you have opted in, for marketing communications. We do not sell personal data to third parties unrelated to the operation of the platform.

All data transmitted through the PW99 platform is protected by SSL encryption. Account access is further secured by OTP verification, which is enabled by default for all registered accounts.

9 Responsible Gaming

Where an account is suspended due to a suspected breach, any balance on the account will be held pending the outcome of the investigation. If the breach is confirmed, PW99 may forfeit the balance in full or in part as appropriate to the circumstances.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may contact the support team. Any legitimate remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to standard verification requirements.

11 Limitation of Liability

PW99 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. We make reasonable efforts to ensure continuous and error-free operation but cannot guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted or free of technical issues at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PW99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical faults, delays in payment processing, or decisions made by third-party game providers.

Nothing in these terms limits PW99's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

12 Changes to These Terms

PW99 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. For material changes that significantly affect player rights or obligations, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the platform following the publication of any updated terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with updated terms, you should cease using the platform and request account closure.
